Uncle Rene's Wedding

This weekend we were in New Orleans for the wedding of Uncle Rene and his bride Charmaine. This is Rene's first marriage at the age of 79! A "short and sweet" ceremony, Rene and Charmaine looked like a couple of teenagers on the altar. After the wedding we attended the reception at the top of the Windsor Court Hotel overlooking downtown New Orleans. By the way, the Windsor Court is quite luxurious...I highly recommend it! Some of us went out on the town for a while, some of us out much longer than others, but hey...it's New Orleans! Margo and I hung out on the balcony the next morning in our Hotel Robes. After a big breakfast we headed back to New Iberia for our last day of Easter Vacation. Everyone is back at work and school and in the routine!
