Rainy Sunday

So far most of our 4th of July weekend has been filled with rain. We need it, but it seems to be messing around with some of the festivities. Even with the rain, the boys found the mud to be fun. Looking for buried treasure between the showers. Notice Thomas is in his P.J.s, by the way those pics were taken at 3:00 in the afternoon, it's good to be 4 years old! We are still waiting to find out who won the poster contest for the Gumbo Cookoff in October. I hope Margo wins. This will add to the Lafayette Art Walk and Exhibit now, and will really add to the art exhibit she has here in New Iberia that runs from the Sugar Cane Festival through the Gumbo Cookoff time frame. I'll keep you posted.
