Grandma, Aunt Jenny, & Maddie!

We had a nice visit last weekend with Maddie making her first trip to Louisiana. The cousins really kept her occupied. We took a quick New Orleans tour before heading to New Iberia for a soccer game, then over to Pandapalooza at the Sugareana. Pandapalooza is the St. Edward school carnival/festival held every fall. Maddie got to ride ponies, play games, eat, eat, and eat some more. Later we hit the pizza place and crashed out hard that night. Sunday was chilly, we went to mass, Maddie stayed home with Margo and Jenny had a nice, relaxing hour at mass. We went to the Library to see Margo's artwork. We cooked Gumbo that afternoon and Jenny had to fight Maddie for the last bite! Monday we went to St. Edward to visit Thomas' Pre-K class and then had lunch with John Michael and the 1st graders. Then back to New Orleans so they could catch their plane. Thanks Maddie for wearing out JM and Thomas!
