Margo is 40!

The day finally arrived. After a day off from work celebrating the last day of being 39, Margo made her way through her first day of being 40. She had to work, her friends Mel and April decorated her office with streamers and 40 stuff. I made her a greek salad for lunch when she came home for a few minutes in the afternoon. Later in the day we went to the Pizza Place for the usual beer and pizza celebration. April, and her husband Richie came with their two kids Avery and Blake. Thomas still calls Blake, "Blink" for some reason. Also present for the historical event were Punny & Pop, Uncle Mac, Aunt Claire, Ben, Simon, JM and Thomas. We ended up with too much pizza, too much cake, too much ice cream, and too much beer. Fortunately nothing will or did go to waste. Just pack it up and take it home...even the leftover beer came home since "Geaux Cups" are a staple in the Louisiana diet. Margo is off today for her 2nd day of being 40. She is at the library today getting everything ready for her art show next month.
